I have read over a dozen of productivity hacks, motivation tips, and today I will share with you how to focus.
1.meditaion
according to research, meditation tends to calm your mind, it increases focus and concentration.do exercise daily for 5-30 min minimum.
it boosts concentration power.
2.play chess
playing chess involves strategic planning, focus, patience, concentration, and so on.
playing chess will boost your focus and concentration
3.reading
while reading if you get distracted put a tick mark on the right-hand side or left-hand side margin. putting tick marks creates awareness. awareness is the first step to change and self-discovery and motivation
putting tick mark when you get distracted boosts focus and concentration power.
read out aloud, pointing finger at words it boosts focus and concentration.

4.live in present
what mostly happens while living in present is we tend to live in the past or we tend to live in the future. we regret about the past. we worry about the future
live in the moment. the moment is all you ever will have. yesterday is gone. future is a mystery today is a gift that's why called the present.
