life is beautiful but most of us don't enjoy the life we take life for granted not realizing our time on earth is limited you live only once so here are few tips which may help you to be happy in life

1.stop comparing yourself

you need to run your own race, you need to stop comparing with others even if you do want to compare, compare with a past self. compare how far have you come forward today from yesterday, what lessons did you learn yesterday that you can use today.

2.stop regretting

stop regretting past is over, past is gone, past is history, you cannot keep moving forward if you start re-reading same chapters of your life, you need to let it go, you need to move on.

3.stop holding grudge/anger against someone

stop holding anger against someone, release them from your memory, holding anger against someone is like holding a burning coal in hand you will be the one who will get burnt.

4.chase your own happiness

you need to create your own happiness, you need to chase your own happiness, do what you love to do, do those things which make you happy.

5.let go of expectations

you need to let go of expectations, life will not always go as you planned.

6.exercise

according to research, exercise releases happy hormones naturally which makes us happy.

7.do meditation

according to research, meditation calms our mind, it increases focus, it boosts concentration, thus making you feel happy by the thought of thinking that you achieved something.

8.stop worrying

you need to stop worrying most of the things we worry about never happens, you need to stay calm and relaxed to enjoy life and be happy with life

9.stop taking stress

stop getting frustrated, stop taking  unnecessary stress, life is beautiful to enjoy it, stay happy ignoring sadness

10.live in the present moment

yesterday is over, its history, it's gone, future is not guaranteed it is a mystery so live in gift called present the truth is the moment we ever have is now.
